Podcast 249 What are your habitual patterns that keep you from thriving! (4)

(it is our light not our darkness that most frightens us) Part of a quote from Marianne Williamson

.    Go for it!  I want on my grave stone she burned out instead of rusted out!  What do you want them to say about you?  You want to Alter your PERFORMANCE?  Get in touch with your unconscious and conscious thoughts!  Start getting responsible about what you say consciously or unconsciously that could be limiting you!  Do you ever question your point of view?  By questioning your point of view you can shift your actions.  By shifting your actions you could shift your ability to perform! What are you tolerating, putting up with?  Would you rather complain and stay comfortable rather then risk being uncomfortable .  Look into all relationships with partners, children, friends, your living environment, your job, What do you need to say or alter.  Are you willing to look at the actions that are necessary without blame or shame?  What are your triggers that keep you being right and not producing the results you ultimately want?  If you were conscious of those triggers you could, take a deep breath and take a new action rather than responding to the trigger. If you didn’t have to react from triggers, what could life be like?  What view(s) are you holding onto like its the truth, rather then seeing that is one point of view of many.

I want to  personally  hear about your dreams and goals.  I will give you  one amazing tip that will help you out.  I will call people who let me  know they left a five star rating for this podcast and provide their user name on iTunes, google plus, blubrry the podcast providers I use.  Just hit the button subscribe to my podcast and rate it a number 5.!
