Sacrifice can create Freedom 330

Remembrance day reminded me of this. My adopted dad was a war vet, he died in 2002.  It started making me think of the freedoms i have that i take for granted.  I have a lot of freedoms i enjoy because of the sacrifice of Thomas Perfetti and many i never knew and i want to say Thank you.  If you look at your life what are the freedoms you take for granted?  Also look at the sacrifices you made so you can have freedom later on.  I am financially doing okay because i saved money.  I spent less than what i earned.  I did not  buy the brand new car every three years.   I bought a good used car and had it last me 10 to 15 years.  That saved money.  I didn’t go out for a lot of meals,, I chose to eat at home and save money.  I chose to eat healthy and forgo alot of goodies.  So because of those sacrifices i have money, health and peach of mind.  Freedom baby. What are you willing to sacrifice to have freedom in your later years?

Go for it!  I want on my grave stone she burned out instead of rusted out!  What do you want them to say about you?

Ask yourself are your actions and speaking in alignment with what you are committed to? Look at what are the habitual patterns that have that commitment thwarted?  Are you willing to take responsibility for when it doesn’t go that way you want or the way you expected and clean up your part? Are you willing to let go of Expectations of yourself and others?  What are you not being truthful about to yourself and others.

Our thoughts can be like a junk drawer-we need to take inventory and get rid of what is  not useful! (wendy b)
