How do you react to your bus breaking down making you a half hr late for work? How do you react when people keep showing up late repeatedly? Burnt supper.? Angry words?. People accusing of things that you did not do? I suggest if you respond calmly it is less stressful.
I frequently use the serenity prayer when I find myself in a stressful situation
God grant me the serenity to accept the the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference
Remember, most of your stress comes from how your respond, not the way life is. Adjust your attitude. Change how you see things. Look for the good in all situations. Take the lesson and find new opportunities to grow. Let all the extra stress, worrying, and overthinking go.

Ask yourself are your actions and speaking in alignment with what you are committed to? Look at what are the habitual patterns that have that commitment thwarted? Are you willing to take responsibility for when it doesn’t go that way you want or the way you expected and clean up your part? Are you willing to let go of Expectations of yourself and others? What are you not being truthful about to yourself and others.
Our thoughts can be like a junk drawer-we need to take inventory and get rid of what is not useful! (wendy b)
