Time

A system or method to measuring or reckoning the passage of time

Management

Skill in managing or the act or manner of managing (something) a business, time etc.

Overwhelm

The experience of too much to do and not enough time to do it,

I think all of us have had the experience of overwhelm from time to time. Lately I have taken on alot to do. Not only have I taken on alot to do. In addition to that, almost everything I have taken on to accomplish is new to me and I have to be taught. or pay someone to teach me and then I have to learn to do it before I can start accomplishing anything.

I’ll give you a few examples. Social Media I have no experience in Facebook, twitter, Link den, Instagram. I also am not experienced maneuvering around a computer so on top of that I need computer lessons..

I am writing a book and now learning to self publish so I’m taking a course on that. I take care of my two year old granddaughter while my daughter works full time.and I have a coaching business.

Lately I have been feeling insufficient, so I tried on making a list of things to do and then prioritizing them. Then taking the everyday things I must do to run my life. So I schedule those things into my day timer. Then take chunks of time to do the other things that I have prioritized. I chunk things in 30 min increments. that seems to work for me. I also schedule in showering, breakfast, lunch, dinner, meal prep time etc.

I’m noticing I’m getting more done and getting a sense of accomplishment. When I have a sense of accomplishment I have more energy then I get more done. Ha! On my next podcast I’ll say more.about that.

Go for it!  I want on my grave stone she burned out instead of rusted out!  What do you want them to say about you?

Ask yourself are your actions and speaking in alignment with what you are committed to? Look at what are the habitual patterns that have that commitment thwarted?  Are you willing to take responsibility for when it doesn’t go that way you want or the way you expected and clean up your part? Are you willing to let go of Expectations of yourself and others?  What are you not being truthful about to yourself and others.

Our thoughts can be like a junk drawer-we need to take inventory and get rid of what is  not useful! (wendy b)
