What are your triggers that lead up to being in a blue funk? I know one of my triggers is thinking life shouldn’t be this way!
Another thing is when I take life too seriously, myself or others.
Do you take things personally and then hang on to the hurt, rehashing over and over?
Do you focus on old negative conversations that for sure will keep feeding the blue funk?
