Are you willing to seek the lessons in the sufferings? Some people suffer because they over eat, they cry, they argue, they work to much, they don’t work enough. After every bout of suffering seek the lesson so you don’t have to repeat it? Ask yourself, where is the gift? How are you moving forward so you can be a better person , more unstoppable, a stronger you?
In marriages that last you don’t stay together without suffering for your marriage. When you hold onto something while you suffer you grow a root and you develop a depth of appreciation for that person.You just can’t get it any other way except for suffering.

Ask yourself are your actions and speaking in alignment with what you are committed to? Look at what are the habitual patterns that have that commitment thwarted? Are you willing to take responsibility for when it doesn’t go that way you want or the way you expected and clean up your part? Are you willing to let go of Expectations of yourself and others? What are you not being truthful about to yourself and others.
